NaNoWriMo and Beyond

A conversational workshop exploring why and how to write a first draft novel in a month, and what to do to uncover the entertaining narrative at the heart of the manuscript muddle.  Topics covered include - asking the story question, considering the character arc, minimum research required, to outline (or not), producing the word spew, celebrating accomplishment, resting after manuscript, reading the first draft, and revising.
